YUCE Information Systems (YUCE IS) is an establishment owned by YUCE Education and Cultural Services Inc. (YUCE Inc.)

YUCE Inc. was first established in 1983 in Turkey Ankara, to provide private education and support services. YUCE started its educational services with offering prep courses to the youngsters attending the national university exam. In 1988 YUCE opened the Private Scientific High School in Ankara. The reputation of this school brought two more private schools in 1996. Now, under YUCE Inc. there are 3 private k-12 schools (YUCE Schools), YUCE IT Academy, YUCE Information Systems and YUCE Aquafit.

YUCE IS was established under the roof of YUCE Inc. in year 2001. The main functioning areas are software development and IT support services. The fast growth of YUCE IS required separating it from YUCE Inc. and establishing a new company. YUCE IS has developed a school management system called OkulNET and marketed it in Turkey. The successful sales history in Turkey and the accessibility of multi language support made it possible to market OkuNET internationally.
